3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network support roles.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching).
Willingness to work in shifts and support after-working hours
Implementing daily and weekend change requests (CRs) as a Maker.
Escorting build engineers to the data centre when required.
