IT Operations, Strategy, In-depth knowledge of digital solutions, with a solid understanding of functional banking processes, and a consulting-oriented approach to proposing business solutions (e.g., solution selling), Hands-on leadership experience managing development teams.
Extensive experience in IT project management across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proven ability to support and maintain business applications.
Expertise in coordinating between IT business units, cross-functional teams (across various locations), and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
