Overview
This role will be responsible for supporting technical incidents and enhancement requests for Workday HR related integrations.
This role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining integration processes to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Experience and Qualification
8 Year of relevant Experience
Understanding of HR business processes
Technologies and Tools 1. Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and related technologies (WSDL, XML, XSLT)
Proficiency in creating and managing APIs using RESTful and SOAP web services.
PECI for payroll integration
Knowledge of SSO setup and authentication
Knowledge of API design principles and tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
API Development and Management:
Proficiency in creating and managing APIs using RESTful and SOAP web services.
Knowledge of API design principles and tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
Desired skills but not mandatory: Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect).
Middleware Solutions:
Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or IBM Integration Bus.
Understanding of how middleware facilitates communication and data exchange between applications1.
Programming Languages:
Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript.
Data Management:
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
Cloud Computing:
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
