Job Description
• 1st & 2nd level of technical support for all insurance systems and support IT L3 to resolve complex and severe incidents
• Production Support experience in insurance is a must, with min 5 years in PSS
• Working knowledge of General & Life Insurance core system is beneficial.
• Technical knowledge on Web Applications & DB Query.
• Technical expertise on issue debugging and analysis.
• Proficient in solutions assessment and validation.
• Excellent knowledge in Incident & Problem Management
• Working experience in FSI, medium to large sized companies. Regional/ shared service experience is an added advantage
