About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our Product, Bancassurance, and Partnerships teams. This role combines traditional project management with insurtech expertise, requiring both technical understanding and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead complex insurance product development and integration projects
– Manage digital transformation initiatives and system implementation projects
– Coordinate API integrations and technical partnerships with bancassurance partners
– Drive agile delivery processes across distributed teams
– Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
– Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Required Qualifications
– 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in insurance or fintech
– Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and compliance
– Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools
– Exceptional English communication skills
– PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
