We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our precision engineering #manufacturing operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the #production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products. This key leadership role will involve coordinating with various teams, implementing process #improvements, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of management experience in precision engineering manufacturing operations, quality assurance and supply chain. Experience in lean manufacturing, sig sigma or value stream mapping is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, communication, negotiation, persuasion, interpersonal & analytical skills.
Possess strong people management skills to drive results and obtain work commitment from subordinates.
Ability to recognize, build and communicate priorities, strategies, market opportunities, plan cost effective operations and identify challenges to drive growth and performance improvement.
