• 5 + years of relevant experience in Cohesity backup system.
• 10 + years of experience in supporting backup environments.
• Deep expertise in Architecture, Design, Migration, service management, and DR planning.
• Experience in deduplication and encryption technologies for backup systems.
• Performing cloning and staging of existing backup images to the Cohesity data platform server.
• Cloud experience in Cohesity Air Gap and Cohesity Fort Knox.
• Experience in Cohesity Helios.
• Experience in Ransomware protection.
• Experience in troubleshooting daily backup failures.
• Cohesity data platform installation, upgrades, and patching
• Scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell script.
• Good understanding of NFS, CIFS, and FC protocols.
• Basic Knowledge of multiple OS environments like window, Linux, and UNIX
• Very good communication skills.
• Analyzing the backup logs and other trace files on the diagnosing problems.
