About the Role:
Our client, a leading global financial services group, is seeking a Market Data Operations Specialist to join their dynamic, global team. In this role, you will support world-class market data services and play a key part in transforming market data operations.
As a member of a global, collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing critical market data services, including invoice reconciliation, user access management, exchange declarations, and inventory updates. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive global market data transformation, document processes, and help eliminate manual tasks while identifying and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage invoice reconciliation, user access, and market data inventory updates
• Support exchange declarations and contribute to ongoing projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement global market data changes
• Assist in documenting processes, eliminating manual tasks, and mitigating risks
What you’ll bring:
• 3-7 years of experience in market data operations
• Strong expertise with inventory systems like Optimise Spend (FITS) and MDM
• Experience in user and entitlement management systems (e.g., DACS, Bloomberg, IRESS, Refinitiv, Reuters, LSE, ICE)
• Proven knowledge of invoice reconciliation and managing large market data datasets
• A solid understanding of accounting concepts and contract management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
