Hiring for Analyst – Problem Management
Location: Dubai
Duration: 1 Year Ext.
Year of Experience 3-5 Years
As a Analyst- Problem Management, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of our data center operations.
ITIL certification or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
Data Center Management:
Monitor and troubleshoot server, storage, and network infrastructure issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and hardware replacements.
Implement and maintain data center security measures.
ITIL Framework:
Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Participate in problem management activities to identify and resolve root causes of data center issues.
Problem Management:
Analyze incident trends to identify recurring problems.
Implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.
Knowledge of Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance issues, including LAN, WAN, and data center networks.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of ISO 20000 frameworks.
