We’re partnering with a leading financial institution to find a motivated, hands-on expert to lead their Digital Factory Development Team. This is a permanent role based in Mumbai, India, where you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation in the banking industry. 🌐💼
As the Team Head, you’ll:
Lead a talented team of business analysts and developers, driving web application solutions.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from business needs identification to solution delivery.
Propose innovative solutions and ensure alignment between user requirements and delivered products.
Collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders, ensuring the reliability and stability of digital platforms.
Promote team development and foster cohesion within the team.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in project and people management.
Strong understanding of digital solutions and functional banking aspects.
Proven leadership in guiding teams of 5-15 members.
Ability to drive business process reengineering and risk mitigation.
Nice to Have:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
IT Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
