Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Google Cloud. The role involves working with a global team to design and deliver secure cloud solutions. You will be responsible for integrating IAM services into client cloud applications, ensuring security and smooth migration of applications to Google Cloud.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Provide IAM solutions for applications migrating to Google Cloud or for new cloud-based apps.
Handle authentication and authorization (RBAC) for multi-tier applications.
Select appropriate IAM controls for cloud migration.
Collaborate with global teams and vendors to deliver cloud solutions.
Integrate and deploy infrastructure in Google Cloud.
Design, optimize, and document cloud operations in Google Cloud.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve root causes.
Work with Risk Management to ensure proper security controls are in place.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory for Google Cloud integration.
Experience in Identity Management (Active Directory or similar LDAP).
Strong understanding of IAM services in Google Cloud.
Expertise in authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Kerberos).
Experience with Federated Identity solutions like PING Federate or ADFS.
Familiarity with RBAC solutions for Google Cloud.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience creating technical architecture documentation.
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell/Python).
Experience with HashiCorp tools (Terraform, Vault, Consul).
Knowledge of risk control frameworks and regulatory processes.
Previous experience in the financial industry.
