Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide senior-level technical consulting and troubleshooting for customers, Guide and mentor less experienced specialists.
Investigate and resolve product performance issues, overseeing testing and analyzing data, Conduct product testing, including comparisons with competitors, and perform complex tests.
Train Sales staff and customers on product performance and usage.
Support implementation and maintenance of the Responsible Care® Management System (RC14001®).
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
8-12 years of experience in the rubber industry (Tire/Non-tire).
Experience in technical services preferred.
