Job Description
-7+yrs of voice (Avaya) experience
• Avaya Certification
• Must be familiar with Avaya UC & CC technologies
• Experience in administration & maintenance of Avaya UC & CC systems (i.e., CM, SM, SMGR, SBCE, AACC, AES, ACR, WFO, POM, Media Gateways etc.)
• Ability to understand and support end-user devices related issues
• Performing operations and BAU tasks related to Avaya IPT and Contact Center systems
• Assisting with the regular system health checks and routine maintenance of Avaya systems
• Document problems and resolutions for future reference
• Troubleshooting experience and certifications on Avaya UC & CC platforms
• Basic understanding of Network/Security/Firewall/VMware is desired
