Job Type – 12 Months extendable contract
#Description of Work
– Create, update and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, technical manuals and support procedures.
– Coordinate and conduct deployment for UAT, Prod and DR environments.
– Support production incidents, troubleshooting issues and working with relevant stakeholders to resolve issue immediately.
– Support other related activities and tasks as and when given by supervisor.
#Requirement / Skills
– 3-5 years of experience in application support, software development, or related role.
– Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
– Experience in software development with hands-on experience with .NET/Java/MS SQL or other relevant programming languages.
– Good understanding on system development life cycle.
– Positive, solution-focused attitude and not afraid of a challenge.
– Team player focused on team and project success.
