Skills & Experience
· Digital Marketing Experience: previous digital marketing experience is essential. Familiarity with different digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others is crucial. Good understanding of SEO principles, CRO best practices and email marketing.
· Analytical skills: strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data, interpret metrics and derive actionable insights.
· Data-driven Decision-Making: Experience in making decisions based to inform strategies.
· A/B Testing and Optimization in Paid Media: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to implement and analyse tests to optimize campaign performance is highly valuable.
· Budget Management: Experience in managing advertising budgets efficiently and effectively is key. Setting budgets, allocating spend across different channels, and optimizing for the best return on investment (ROI)
· Content for paid media: experience in creating engaging and effective assets for paid media.
· Understanding of Customer Journey: understanding of customer journey and how different marketing channels contribute to various stages of the funnel is essential.
· Project Management Skills: ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
· Cloud products knowledge and/or technical background is a plus
