Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Staff Automotive Reliability Engineer to join our team and collaborate with the burn-in board/Apps design team to ensure the readiness of automotive burn-in hardware in external facilities. This role involves coordinating with package houses (OSATs) and external burn-in labs, performing hands-on debugging and troubleshooting of burn boards, and analyzing reliability test results using tools like TIBCO Spotfire. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, with expertise in HTOL, THB, HTRB, HALT, TC, and other accelerated lifetime tests, as well as a strong understanding of automotive reliability standards (AEC). Experience with high voltage products (GaN, SiC) and knowledge of IC reliability failure modes are highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage documentation and generate comprehensive reports are essential.
