5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and industry trends, Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
